Yesterday, the heat wave hit Edmonton.
Yesterday, we decided to get A/C.
In the meantime, I’m making salads for dinner (and pitcher(s) of this.)
Monday: Italian White Bean and Tuna
Tuesday: Sante Fe Nectarine Salad
Wednesday: Southwestern Salad with avocado-lime dressing
Thursday: Over the rainbow cabbage salad
Friday: Farmer’s Market Potato Salad
I’m testing out the first two for work, so will post the recipe when done!
